Lindsey Dyer 5 May 1962 - 14 October 2019

Lindsey was passionate about the Rainbow flag and what it meant to her and Annette’s love. You may not know what each of the colours represent, but it seems so fitting to continue to paint Lindsey’s canvas with these colours & understand their meaning:

  • Red represents life – Lindsey’s love of life;

  • Orange represents healing – her commitment to her career and care for everyone around her;

  • Yellow represents the sunlight – that she brought as she stepped into any room, accompanied not long after or at the same time as her infectious laugh ... and at times, her hearty guffaw!!;

  • Green represents nature – Lindsey’s connection with the colourful beauty that surrounded her;

  • Blue represents serenity – what she would wish for all of us ... to be calm, peaceful, and untroubled; and

  • Purple, her favourite colour, which represents her spirit, which will continue to live on within us all, her songs will be heard and the colours of the rainbow of her life will shower you all.
